Systems: The Ecology Of Place And Line: Towards An Architecture Of Healing (Paternal Void)

Chapter Two

I know two things about my paternal Grandmother. The first is that she was of Blackfeet Sioux and Lacota decent. The second thing I know about my Grandmother is that my father found her dead on the kitchen floor of a heart attack induced by alcohol. My father was fifteen at the time. It was March 1974, six months before I was born. He ran away and never came back.
